Towards the end of the year, when the number of shipments increases, it often happens that the package does not arrive in order. As part of our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we would like to inform you of the important steps to take if you receive a damaged parcel from a carrier.

Documentation of Damage: As soon as you notice any damage to the package or product, do not accept the damaged package. Photograph it for our records. This will help us better understand what happened and ensure a quick and effective resolution directly with the carrier.
Contact Us: Email us at info@box48.cz with photos and a brief description of the situation. Please also include the order number and the date the shipment was delivered to you.
Solution Options: After receiving your information, we will get back to you as soon as possible with options for resolution.
