As part of our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we would like to inform you of important steps to take in the event that you receive a damaged shipment from a carrier.
We want to guarantee that we do everything we can to ensure that your parcels are delivered in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We try to produce your packaging as soon as possible. However, our goal is to produce them within 48 hours on weekdays except weekends and public holidays when our machines are not running. You can try the following model case when estimating your box delivery.
If for production capacity, transport or other reasons we are unable to meet this deadline - we will discuss the order individually with the customer and agree on the optimal procedure.We do not guarantee 100% production success within 48 hours. However high percentage of our orders are produced within this period. Compared to other production technologies, our solution is oriented towards speed and dimensional variability in transport boxes.
Our packaging on the BOX48.cz website is primarily transport packaging. If you want to use the box as a gift, consider whether you will not mind unaesthetic elements such as bigs, burrs, etc. These elements are part of the box by the principle of the technology used and are not grounds for a complaint. Try ordering a smaller quantity first to see if the quality of the box suits you. The production technology is different from standard carton production - we do not use die-cutting moulds, but cut the boxes from continuous cardboard.

The BOX48 range of boxes is made of continuous cardboard, which is folded in 1143 mm (so called \'bigs\' are part of the manufactured boxes) on a pallet. By the nature of the technology, it is not possible to decide where the bigs appear on the box. As a precautionary measure, please note that the boxes are shipping boxes and we recommend that you do some sampling (order a smaller quantity and test the functionality before placing a larger order).
The advantage of this way of working is the elimination of die-cutting moulds (significantly more expensive to produce and must be in 1 dimension) and just the speed of production (we guarantee 48 hours in working days from 1 piece).
The dimensions entered are always internalbox dimensions (carton manufacturing has its own standards and tolerances, so even boxes may not fit exactly to the millimeter - internal dimensions are also affected by the accuracy of the composition)

Difference in cardboard thickness at the machine entry:
The cardboard entering the machine, for example, has an actual thickness of 6 mm. After the die-cutting process, the cardboard at the creasing, pressing, feeding cylinders, and cutting areas has a thickness of approximately 4 mm. This is caused by the technological process and cannot be avoided. In the remaining areas, outside of these mentioned spots, the cardboard also maintains a thickness of 6 mm.
This is not the technology of classic shape die-cutting, where such 'compression' of the cardboard does not occur.
Form for withdrawal from the purchase contract
You can find the return form in your user administration directly next to the specific order item. This way we can easily see all the information in our system and we will be able to resolve your request as soon as possible
Except as provided below, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1829 (1) of the Civil Code. This period shall run from the date of receipt of the goods. Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be notified to the seller within the period specified in the previous sentence. The Buyer may send the withdrawal from the Purchase Contract to the address of the Seller's registered office or business premises or to the Seller's e-mail address info@box48.cz.
The Buyer acknowledges that, according to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the Purchase Contract cannot be withdrawn from if the goods are delivered which have been modified according to the consumer's wishes, specific requirements or for the consumer's person.

Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt (damage, missing piece counts) - if damaged by the carrier, do not accept the shipment.

In the event of your dissatisfaction with standard goods (not customised products), we will most often proceed by sending the goods back to our branch in the form of a credit note as agreed.
Please note the information according to § 1837 of the Civil Code: The buyer acknowledges that, according to § 1837 of the Civil Code, the purchase contract cannot be withdrawn if the goods are delivered which have been customised according to the consumer's wishes, according to his specific requirements or for his person.
