Product description and parameters

The door packaging box with lid consists of two pieces - lid + bottom. The solid bottom with no joints will ensure protection of the door and the double overlapping of the corrugated cardboard sides will provide an extra crumple zone on the sides of your product. Due to the double overlapping of the sides, the closed storage boxes with lids are ideal for transporting doors, however, to make the contents more secure, it is advisable to use PP tape, ribbon /tether or adhesive tape. This box is produced using box-on-demand technology from continuous cardboard, which is folded in 1143 mm (the so-called \'bigy\' bends are therefore part of the manufactured boxes) on a pallet. Due to the nature of the technology, it is not possible to decide where the big appears on the box.

If the door contains glass or ceramic products. Thanks to the two-piece construction, the box can be used repeatedly. The box is often used not only for doors but also for design furniture and various types of craft products. A large box with a lid can then be suitable for larger shipments.

The colour of the storage paper box with lid is brown (the top of the box is covered with kraft paper - kraftliner). You can order white folding paper boxes from 1000 pieces. Please enter your request in the order notes.

If you want a simple shipping package, we recommend using three-ply cardboard (3VVL). If, on the other hand, you prefer strength and compactness of the whole package, use five-layer cardboard (5VVL). We use the EB type of cardboard. You can see the choice of cardboard at the calculator of each box when entering the dimensions.

If you are looking for a box that you plan to use as a gift, consider whether you will not mind unaesthetic elements such as bigs, inequalities, etc. These elements are part of the box by virtue of the manufacturing technology used. Where the machine picks up the cardboard for formatting, the cardboard may be pinched. These dents are part of the principle of the technology used and are not grounds for complaint.

Paperboard tears when the box is not properly folded:

This problem is often caused by turning the box so that the kraft surface (darker brown shade) is not on the outside of your box. At that point, you are bending the testliner material (lighter with a lower grammage) which is normally on the inside. If this situation happens to you, we recommend that you unfold the box and double check that you are folding the box from the correct side. If the kraft surface is on the outside, you're done and you'll have a complete box in no time. In case you are not sure about folding the box try our youtube channel. The presence of a tear in the cardboard due to poor folding of the box is not a reason to accept a claim.
