BOX48.cz is a system that is used for the production of customized shipping carton boxes, but our company also offers a complete packaging range.
We do not process boxes using the shape cutting technology. Our machine produces shipping boxes made of endless cardboard. The boxes have bigs (bends in the endless cardboard), which can cause difficulties in folding. When cutting, the machine can create burrs on the cardboard.
Big
Bigs (folds) are a natural part of endless cardboard and can appear anywhere on the box - e.g. even near a structural bend.
Folding
Our boxes have a kraft outer layer (darker richer colour). When folding, this layer must be on the outside of the box. Folding the box the other way around risks tearing the cardboard.
Irregularities
Cutting cardboard can cause burrs on the cut or other unaesthetic elements. Consider using the boxes as gift wrapping. We recommend placing a test order first.
