Because we deliver boxes in an unfolded state, the packages are more storable, and larger in size than regular shipments. For this reason, shipping may be slightly more expensive than standard e-commerce packages. Thanks to the connection to Balíkobot.cz, our system selects the most advantageous shipping from the following carriers: TopTrans, We|Do, GLS, DHL.
Usually the shipment will be delivered within 24-48 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.

Goods purchased under a purchase contract will be delivered to your first door based on the delivery address filled in via the web interface. Any agreements above this standard are not part of Packung Ltd's terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

To Czech Republic: for orders over CZK 5,000
To Slovakia: for orders over 400 EUR
To Austria: for orders over EUR 500
To Poland: for orders over EUR 500
You don't have to do anything extra - shipping will be deducted automatically once you exceed the amount in your cart.

In some special cases, we will transport your shipment in our company's vehicle together with the nearest transport of other material to you or by arrangement. This option is not common and we allocate it individually. The delivery date is set by appointment.
