Choose a product that appeals to you or matches your packaging requirements. At Box48.cz you can choose from 7 types of customized boxes and 1 type of customized liner.

The dimensions entered are always the internal dimensions of the boxes. The thickness of 3VVL cardboard is 3 mm (B wool). The thickness of 5VVL cardboard is 4 mm (BE wool)

Our packaging on Box48.cz is primarily for shipping. If you want to use the box as a gift, consider whether you will not mind unaesthetic elements such as bigs, burrs, etc. These elements are part of the box by the principle of the technology used and are not grounds for a complaint with us. Try ordering a smaller quantity first to see if the quality of the box suits you. The production technology is different from standard carton production - we do not use die-cutting moulds, but cut the boxes from continuous cardboard.
The Box48 range of boxes is made from continuous cardboard that is stacked 1143mm at a time (the 'bigs' are therefore part of the boxes produced) on a pallet. By the nature of the technology, it is not possible to decide where the bigs appear on the box. As a precautionary measure, please note that the boxes are shipping boxes and we recommend that you do a 'sampling' (order a smaller quantity and test the functionality before placing a larger order). The advantage of this way of working is the elimination of die-cutting moulds (significantly more expensive to produce and must be in 1 dimension) and just the speed of production (we produce within 48 hours in working days from 1 piece). The functionality and strength of our constructions is also due to the correct choice of dimensions of the construction. Also due to the possibility of bends, so called bigs, it is necessary to consider the stability of the packaging. For example, if you choose edges that are too low for a takeaway box, it is possible that a longer box may bend at the bend. You will not be able to use your box for its intended purpose, which we do not want and believe it is fair to point out.
