BOX48 starts standard production: die-cutting, small batch printing and new speedboxes

At BOX48, we've been working for a long time with the idea that standard can be smart, fast and flexible.
2026 is a crucial year for us in this respect - we're launching new technologies, expanding our product range and pushing the capabilities of standard boxes a step further.

What exactly are we planning?

Standard box production using shape cutting

Within BOX48, we are launching standard box production using die-cutting.
This enables us to offer:

• precise and repeatable performance,

• stable quality across batches,

• fast availability of standard sizes,

• efficient production suitable also for automated packaging.

The die-cut allows us to move standard boxes from 'plain packaging' to a functional element of the entire packaging process.

From March: printing even in small batches

Another big news is the possibility of printing boxes in small batches, which we are launching from March.

This means:

• no high minimum subscriptions,

• option to test design, branding or seasonal packaging,

• ideal solution for smaller brands, e-stores and pilot projects.

This gives the standard box a new dimension - functional and communicative.Acquisition of Klimesh Cartonage: the basis for further development

An important step for the development of production was the acquisition of the Klimeš cartoner, which gives us a solid technological and production basis for further expansion of our offer.

This move allows us to respond quickly, flexibly and with full control over quality.

New speedboxes in the pipeline: speed, simplicity, automation

We are also already working hard on a new range of so-called speedboxes, which we will be launching shortly.

The new speedboxes will have:

• automatic bottom for extremely fast folding,

• integrated adhesive tape - no additional material required,

• design suitable for manual and semi-automatic packaging.

The goal is one: to simplify packaging, speed up the process and reduce operational errors.Where BOX48 is going
