The ActivaAir Basic BP4000 air cushion machine combines modern design and high functionality as well as flexibility, ensuring a clean packaging result. With the BP4000 you can produce both air cushions and air mats. The processing speed is variable between 8 and 15 meters per minute.

The ActivaAir air cushion system aims to reduce the use of filling material made from environmentally harmful and bulky polystyrene. The device optimizes the packaging process with an air cushion that saves comprehensively. The BP4000 machine is quieter, faster and more economical without compromise.

The machine is designed to handle pillow chains and mat films with a roll length of 700 ma 1500 m. This is particularly interesting for companies that need a lot of cushioning material to maximally protect their goods.
